Together we can bring freedom to children in Haiti.
Children have a chance to escape their daily lives, filled with isolation and work, and experience freedom through the encouragement and love of our Child Advocates. They experience fun and educational activities including games, English classes, arts and crafts, music, dance, and perhaps the kids’ favorite part: lunch!
When a child returns from camp, they return changed. Children who are normally treated as outcasts get to play together with the children they are normally isolated by. They are loved and treated the same by our Advocates. What a powerful message this sends! Summer camp sows the seeds for change – not only in the nation’s culture, but in the hearts and minds of every smiling child. And $60 is all it costs to send one child to camp.
