Ray Conn
Chairman and President
Ray graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Sociology. He is the owner of ArCon and TriCon design/construction companies in Cincinnati, Ohio and Tennessee. He serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Restavek Freedom and also serves as Treasurer for OPREH, the Haitian arm of the foundation.

CHRISTINA GUERIN
Board Member
Born and raised in Haiti, Christina Guérin is the producer of Zoukoutap, as well as the president of BLOOM and co-founder of Scream, an ad agency established in Haiti in 2004. Daughter of well-known Haitian author Mona Guérin, Christina is a skilled writer, performer and the producer of our radio drama for social change.

LARRY KELLAM
Secretary and Treasurer
Larry worked with Procter & Gamble for 35 years and now operates Kellam Group, Inc., providing management, supply chain, and technology consulting. Larry cofounded The First Tee of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky, a non-profit youth development organization, that educates over 1,000 area children each year.
Larry has served on numerous boards and his expertise in management helps guide Restavek Freedom’s financial accountability.

JOAN CONN
Executive Director
Joan leads all of the operations and programming and splits her time between the US and Haiti. She was a co-founding family of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. She also led Go Cincinnati for several years, coordinating 2500 volunteers and 100 service projects citywide. Joan received her undergraduate degree in Education from Lee University and a graduate degree from University of Cincinnati.

RANDY LANDIS
Board Member
Randy is the pastor of Life Church, a multi-site church in Pennsylvania. He attended Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas for one year and then transferred to Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he received a diploma and his ordination.

BENJAMIN HAUTT
Board Member
Benjamin is the Co-Managing Partner of Stream’s Atlanta office. Since opening the office in 2008, Ben has been responsible for growing the services portfolio, recruiting new talent, and identifying acquisitions in Georgia. The Atlanta office grew from one employee to over sixty under Ben and his co-managing partner’s lead, while adding over 20 million square feet of assignments.
